Gateway into the Stretch

Get the keys to your own body and free yourself with my Gateway into the Stretch workshop.  Stretching, fascial remodelling, strengthening, neural re-patterning and relaxation techniques are all covered in this restorative workshop.

We’ll be moving at a slow pace and breaking technical stretches into bite size chunks for easier understanding.

My workshop is perfect for gym go-ers, runners who want to stretch, yogis who want to stregthen or anyone who want to move with grace and healthy joints.

Thai Yoga Massage partner worksop

Details: In this workshop, you will learn the basics of thai yoga massage to practise at home with your partner.  All levels welcome.

In this extended practise we’ll be building heat to encourage our cells to detox pre Christmas indulgence!

A rejuvenating practise will leave you energised and in control of your choices for a wonderful Christmas period!

Running Injury-free 

Willowburn Sports & Leisure Centre, Alnwick

Details:

This 2 hour workshop is for all runners wanting to learn effective stretching techniques to improve their performance and aid in their recovery after hard training sessions.

The focus will be on learning unique mobility drills and targeted stretches to keep your feet healthy and to free up your hips, knees and ankles.

You will learn simple principles and concepts that you can apply immediately to:

– Reduce your risk of injury

– Recover from hard training sessions

– Run more efficiently

– Improve your athletic performance

By the end of the workshop you will have an increased awareness of the unique tension patterns you hold in your body from the repetitive nature of your running practice.
